30th Anniversary Celebration Dinner at Stutton Village Hall

A celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Woolverstone Project. The dinner will take place in Stutton Village Hall and we would love to welcome anyone who has been involved with the Woolverstone Project at any stage over our thirty year history. The menu for the dinner is as follows - you will be asked to make your menu choices when you book tickets:

Mains

• Beef bourguignon; slowly braised chuck with pancetta, mushrooms and baby onions in a red wine sauce, new potatoes
• Fillet of salmon, peperonata, crushed potato cake with lemon and dill
• Tagine of mixed vegetables and Moroccan spices, giant couscous (Ve)

Sweets

• Tart au citron, fresh raspberries and coulis
• Sticky toffee pudding with sticky toffee sauce and pouring cream
• Chocolate and orange pot with shortbread biscuits (Ve/GF)
